HealthPro Heritage has a great Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant opportunity at our Benchmark at Stamford facility in Stamford, CT. This full-time role offers a diverse caseload in an assisted living setting with supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT) certification required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on OT treatment plans and implement activities for ADLs.
• Monitor patient progress and document accurately in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families on exercises and strategies.
• Lead or assist with therapeutic activities to encourage engagement and independence.
