Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide client-centered therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes documentation, timely progress notes, and collaboration with the care team in a long-term/geriatric setting.

Qualified candidates hold a valid state license/registration, with experience in documentation and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license/registration.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation and timely progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Punctual, professional and able to report to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision.
• Document patient progress and weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
