Job summary

HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at our Stonegate Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Join a dedicated inhouse therapy team providing skilled services to our geriatric and short-term residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for COTA.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Demonstrates time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Background check and hiring process successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services per physician orders and professional standards.
• Develop and follow a care plan with measurable goals for discharge.
• Perform skilled treatments as part of plan of care.
• Document observations and patient progress within defined timeframes.
• Complete billing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain rehab area and equipment with infection prevention practices.
