Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York invites a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the OT team in delivering evidence-based care to residents. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and report to the supervising OT.

Candidates must hold a valid COTA license, have strong documentation skills, and demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and excellent patient service.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
