Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to carry out best-practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will provide care aligned with OT-developed goals and document patient progress in a timely manner, collaborating with all disciplines to ensure high-quality, patient-centered treatment.

The position requires an active COTA license and registration, with long-term or geriatric care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred
• Proficient in documentation writing and timely progress notes

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
