Job summary

Santé of N. Scottsdale is hiring an Occupational Therapist to assess and assist patients in learning activities of daily living under supervision. This role involves guiding guests through treatments and coordinating with families and the rehab team.

Requirements include a current OT license and at least 2 years of OT experience, plus a valid driver’s license with insurance. This position requires 100% travel, and there is a $5,000 sign-on bonus with comprehensive benefits.

The Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.
