Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Illinois. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour for a SNF/Long-Term Care setting.

You will provide therapy under supervision, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer mentorship, robust professional development, and an immigration support program for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA if state requires.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
