As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence, professional development, and delivering high-quality patient care that helps individuals regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life following injury or illness.
This full-time role is scheduled for 40 hours per week (days).
Our team-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
Both gross and precise motor functions.
Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
