Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills, and promote independence through adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills.
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation.
• Document patient progress accurately and on time.
