Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
• 1–5 years of experience as a COTA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions.
• Implement and modify treatment plans under supervision of OTs.
• Provide patient education and training on ADLs and IADLs.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
