• Carry out treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
