PureHealth in Denton, TX seeks a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services under supervision per policies and state/federal regs. You will contribute to assessments, plan implementation, and ensure documentation quality.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited COTA program and a minimum of one year of COTA experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential. On-site role with negotiable pay and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Must have at least 1 year of COTA experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Mansioni

• Assist in patient assessment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide patient-focused interventions aligned with the treatment plan.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and reports.
