Santé of North Scottsdale is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide intermittent Occupational Therapy services in patients' residences. The role includes assisting with treatment planning, documenting care, and coordinating with the supervising OT, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in occupational therapy, CPR certification, and fingerprint clearance. 1 year SNF experience preferred. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• New Graduates with COTA license are welcome.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitors guest's response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.
