Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
