Job summary

ManhattanView Rehab Center in Union City, NJ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support residents under a Registered OT's supervision, focusing on activities that increase independence and function.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or per diem), hourly pay of $35–$38, plus benefits: health/dental/vision, 401K, holiday pay, PTO, overtime, and referral/employee appreciation programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program and eligible for certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the OT supervisor.
• Provides OT-related daily living activities and ROM exercises.
• Supports group therapy sessions and patient/family education.
• Maintains timely documentation and participates in team meetings.
