Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Full-Time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience and state requirements.

The role requires an active COTA license and NBCOT certification where applicable. We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and professional development within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
