Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in North Pekin, IL. You will provide OT treatments under supervision and help implement personalized care plans to achieve functional goals in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state).
• Current state license as an OTA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
