CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Battlefield Park Healthcare Center in Petersburg, VA. This full-time in-house role supports residents through targeted therapy and collaboration with our Occupational Therapy team.

Qualifications

• COTA education obtained in an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Help residents improve quality of life by compensating for limitations and promoting independence.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist and educate staff and family.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure consistent care and documentation.
