Job summary

Crystal Cove Care Center is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Occupational Therapist in resident care and treatment planning. You will assist in delivering therapies, document progress, and ensure safety and infection control standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
