Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• New grads encouraged to apply; 1 year rehab hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning and goal achievement
• Provide therapy services, monitor progress and document outcomes
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to ensure age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols
