Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• California COTA license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems (Casamba/PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to residents under supervision of the OT.
• Record daily treatment notes and progress.
• Communicate progress with OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families on home programs and safety.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination of care.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
