Responsibilities

• Performs therapy treatment and related duties delegated by the therapist.
• Maintains clinical skill competencies and documents progress.
• Responds to acute changes in patient status and communicates with the therapist.
• Teaches patients and families to perform treatment procedures.
• Supports scheduling, planning, and documentation of therapy services.
• Participates in care planning conferences and restorative nursing program.
• Ensures continuous therapy services and coordinates department equipment.
• Attends required trainings and completes online modules.
