Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE in Louisville, KY is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide ongoing therapy to participants within the PACE program. You will assist the therapist, document progress, and support patient care and case management in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires graduation from an OTA program and Kentucky OTA licensure or eligibility, with occasional weekends and travel to VOA facilities as needed.

Formación

• Graduate from an OTA accredited program.
• Licensed OTA in Kentucky or eligible for registration.
• Understand medical terminology relevant to therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Performs therapy treatment and related duties delegated by the therapist.
• Maintains timely treatment records with progress notes and observations.
• Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordinating therapy services.
• Provides teaching and training to participants or families.
