Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing patient therapy plans.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs to improve strength and mobility.
• Apply heat, cold, light, and electrical modalities as prescribed for therapy and pain management.
• Record patient progress and response to treatment in charts.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily census of therapy patients.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and adhere to infection control guidelines.
