Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work with a multidisciplinary team and provide individualized rehabilitation plans in a skilled nursing facility setting.

We offer in-house therapy with local management support, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and an environment that emphasizes compassionate care for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
