Element Health Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will contribute to patient evaluations, care planning, and documentation within community and home-based settings in Florida.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in the state.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists the Occupational Therapist in the evaluation process as needed or directed.
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists the Occupational Therapist in identifying a problem list, short term goals, long term goals and treatment plan.
• Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned by the Occupational Therapist.
