Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Porterville, CA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

You will document treatments, assist with therapy sessions, participate in conferences, and help maintain a clean, organized treatment area while coordinating with the health team.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accurate writing, and compassionate care for residents in a busy rehab department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and follow documentation guidelines.

• Assist in maintaining department operations.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences.

• Assist in maintaining department


• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences
