VibraLife, a Vibra Healthcare Rehab Center in Mechanicsburg, PA, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN/per diem basis to join our innovative rehab program. You will deliver personalized therapy using interactive tools and collaborate with a growth‑oriented team to support residents with neuro conditions and cognitive decline.

We seek licensed COTAs or PTAs who are passionate about innovation in rehab and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA or PTA required.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Active state license to practice in employment state.

Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, VibraLife is a beautiful, one‑story, state‑of‑the‑art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to residents including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.

Required Skills:

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
