Responsibilities

Provide and direct occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication. Functions under physician orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for COTA.
• Current, valid, and active license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One year of experience preferred.
• Professional image and strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Independent decision‑making ability.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is $34.00/hr to $44.87/hr.
