Job Title: COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in Carthage, NY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a COTA in Carthage, NY. The successful candidate will work closely with the occupational therapist to provide quality therapy services to patients. As a COTA, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans as well as monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist in conducting patient evaluations and assessments

- Implement treatment plans under the direction of the occupational therapist

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home programs

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain compliance with all occupational therapy laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:
