The Subacute at Autumn Lake Healthcare is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will develop treatment plans to enhance patients' functional abilities, observe, assess, and document progress, and communicate effectively with the therapy team, patients, and families. You will also provide feedback to your supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues. Requirements and Benefits:

• An active state COTA license is required.
