Job summary

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Gilbert, operated with Lifepoint Health, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for PRN shifts in Gilbert/Chandler as needed. You will support therapy services under an OT supervisor, delivering patient-centered care and documenting progress to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) licensure/certification required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed OT, implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Work with a diverse patient population and document progress per hospital policies.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising OT/L during care.
• Contribute to achieving short- and long-term goals for patients.
