Lifepoint Rehabilitation's Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI invites an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join acute care rehabilitation services. Under the direct supervision of an OTR/L, you will implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and independence for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in adult medical rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of an OT (OTR/L).
• Implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document care per policy.
• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
