Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ACOTE-accredited OT Aide program (AA/BS).
• SC OT Aide license in good standing.
• NBCOT certification in good standing.
• BLS/CPR for healthcare providers.
• Commitment to a 13-week contract with 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Administer OT modalities and treatment procedures per OT plan.
• Provide direct patient care to help restore function.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans with supervising OT.
• Document treatments, progress, and billing information accurately.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and ensure equipment works.

Education

ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Associate or Bachelor's)

South Carolina (SC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

NBCOT certification

BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers
