Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in Virginia. Under supervision of a licensed OT, you will implement therapy programs tailored to residents’ needs and contribute to their independence and quality of life.

Ideal candidate holds an accredited OTA degree and VA licensure, with preferred SNF exposure and strong collaboration skills to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Current COTA license in VA.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of SNF experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist in evaluating and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans based on OT goals and resident needs.
