Job summary

Canyon Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide OT services in patients' homes across Idaho. This role is performed intermittently under physician orders and the plan of care, with supervision from the OT and Clinical Manager.
