Job summary

Liberty Tax Service is seeking a Seasonal Costume Mascot Waver in Red Lion, PA. You will promote the location and brand by waving to traffic in a mascot costume, and participate in local marketing efforts to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, energetic, and able to communicate professionally. Travel between businesses for marketing may be required. Reports to the Office Supervisor; non-exempt status.

Position Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit
• Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to build rapport with business owners

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
• Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours
• This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes
