Job summary

Liberty Tax Service in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Costume Waver to promote the brand at a seasonal capacity. You will wave at traffic, wear the mascot outfit, and perform brief street marketing to attract customers.

Must be energetic, able to communicate professionally, and comfortable traveling between local businesses. Compliance with weather conditions and ability to stand for up to eight hours are required.

Position Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit
• Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
• Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours
• This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes
