We have an immediate need for an entry-level Costpoint Financial Analyst (Project Set-Up) to join our financial team.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Contract Set-Up and Revenue Manager.
• Set up and maintain SPA contracts in our Costpoint system.
• Ensure contract documentation is up-to-date.
• Initiate contract kick-off meetings.
• Read contract documents and ensure accurate setup in Costpoint.
• Support multiple program tasks, prioritize efforts, and adhere to guidelines.
• Review team members' setups for accuracy and collaborate with other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Business Administration, or related).
• Understanding of US Government contract terms and regulations preferred.
• Costpoint experience preferred.
• Customer service and program coordination experience preferred.
