PRE-US in Raleigh, NC is hiring for a Costco Roadshow - Brand Ambassador. As a mobile sales rep you build displays, demo products, and drive sales in a pop-up warehouse environment. Shows run about ten days with downtime between, offering variety over a traditional desk job.

You will work weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Daily responsibilities include setting up displays, greeting members with energy, demonstrating features, logging sales in our app, and meeting sales

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Asmartphone for scheduling and reporting.
• Open availability across a run of 7–10 consecutive days.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

A Costco roadshow is a pop-up product event inside the warehouse. You build the display, demo the product, and sell it. A show runs about ten days. Then you do it again somewhere new. Between shows you get downtime — great if you want variety instead of a nine-to-five.

What a roadshow looks like

• Thursday — setup. Productarrives on pallets. You build the display, stage inventory, and photograph the finished setup. This day is physical.
• Friday through Sunday — the heavy days. Warehouse traffic peaks and the show's number gets made. This is why weekend availabilityisn'tnegotiable.
• Weekdays — steadier. Fewer members, longer conversations.
• Final Sunday — teardown. Break down the display, pack outproduct, and leave the space clean. Thenthere'sa gap before your next show.

What you'll be doing

• Set the stage. Build an eye-catching display inside the warehouse that makes members stop and look.
• Be the star. Greet members with real energy and show the product like a pro.
• Show and tell. Demonstrate the features and benefits in a way that gets people genuinely excited.
• Close the sale. Every show carries a sales goal. You'll know the number, and beating it is the whole game.
• Stay connected. Log sales and activity in our app. Five minutes a day, and it's show we prove your show's value.
• Keep it fresh. Restock, tidy, and keep the display looking sharp from open to close.

What we expect

• Youshow up for every scheduled shift, on time. Missed and late shifts land on the people who did show up.
• Youwork weekends. Saturday and Sunday carry the volume.
• Youstand for eight hours on a concrete floor. There are no chairs.
• Youlift and carry product at setup, teardown, and restock throughout the day.
• Youfollow Costco's rules. Warehouse management has final say and we back them every time.
• Youlog units sold, daily notes, and photos at setup and teardown.
• Youwear khaki or black slacks, a black or red polo, a belt, and closed-toe shoes.

What you'll need

• 18or older, with authorization to work in the United States.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent experience.
• Validdriver's license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Asmartphone that supports our apps —you'lluse it daily for scheduling and reporting.
• Openavailability across the run of a show. Most run 7 to 10 consecutive days.
• Weekendavailability. This is a requirement, not a preference.
• Abilityto stand, bend, andlift upto 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. This is an active role.
• Comfortstarting conversations with strangers, with the same energy at hour seven as at hour one.
• Willingnessto complete W-2 onboarding, including any required background check.

Helpful, not required: Selling or product demonstration experience. Bilingual ability is a real advantage in many markets.

This job is not for you if

• Youneed Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Youwant to sit down during your shift.
• Approachingstrangers drains you rather than energizes you.
• Youneed the same schedule and location every week, year-round.

Once you're hired

• YourRegional Manager reaches out within one business day to introduce themselves and set your schedule.
• You'llget a welcome email with your show details at least five days before your first day.

Roadshowsmove. Ambassadors who deliver get the first call on the next show in their market.

Bonus : Some client programs include a performance bonus opportunity for ambassadors who beat their show's sales goal. Availability, targets, and amounts vary by program, and not all assignments include one. If your assignment is bonus-eligible, the terms are provided to you in writing before your first shift.
