Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare leadership presentations with KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee monthly financial reports and provide executive summaries.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly re-forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with departments to gather input and prepare detailed financial projections.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support scenario analysis.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actuals to budget/forecast with recommendations.
• Prepare financial presentations for leadership highlighting KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee accuracy of monthly sales and financial reports with executive commentary.
• Partner with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve performance.
• Assist with month-end journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
