Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Product Manager, Cost to own the roadmap for the cost engine, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with engineering leadership. You will work with multiple product teams across health system and health plan contexts to deliver a scalable, trustworthy cost experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience.
• Comfort leading engineers directly and working with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to gather and reconcile requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding healthcare cost estimation and benefit design.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the cost engine and prioritize investments.
• Lead a team of engineers day to day and ensure delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with VP of Data and CTO on data strategy and architecture.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into a coherent backlog.
• Safeguard accuracy of cost and benefit information.
• Ensure a positive member/patient experience across customers.
• Explain platform capabilities to engineers and product peers.
