Job summary

Amazon Intermodal (AZIM) Network Optimization seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to transform high-volume supply chain data into automated ETL pipelines, dashboards, and analyses that drive cost reduction and operational decisions.

You’ll work with product managers, supply chain teams, and finance to own the analytics lifecycle from data modeling to insight generation, delivering scalable data solutions and real-time visibility into cost drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct rigorous analyses on cost trends and network performance to identify savings opportunities.
• Define, instrument, and monitor key business metrics and data quality checks.
• Automate repetitive analytical workflows and build reusable tools.
