Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Direct Procurement, Cost Operations, S2P processes, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support Cost Workstream Lead through the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Document and maintain current-state and future-state business processes across key domains.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from BPOs, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Support requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities including test planning, scripts, execution, and defect tracking in XRay/Jira.
• Ensure approved designs are thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Maintain knowledge of Source-to-Pay and supplier management processes.
• Assist data validation and data migration activities.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
