Job summary

TRIAEM LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a candidate with hands-on NSG community experience, DoD/IC CAPE processes, and cost estimating for work statements and change orders.

The role requires the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and to apply estimation techniques such as analog, parametric, and bottoms-up while navigating DoD funding processes. TS/SCI clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of NSG community experience with understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
• 2 years of DoD and/or IC CAPE processes and templates.
• 2 years of experience utilizing Cost Estimation techniques (analogous, parametric, bottoms up) for work statements and change orders.
• 2 years of DoD and/or IC requirements and funding processes.

Job Description Required Skills/ Education/Experience

• 2 years of experience working with the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) community and its functions, with tasks to include understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
• 2 years of experience with DoD and/or IC CAPE processes and templates.
• 2 years of experience utilizing a variety of Cost Estimation techniques (e.g. analogous, parametric, bottoms up, etc.) to develop cost estimates for work statements and change orders.
• 2 years of experience with DoD and/or IC requirements and funding processes.

Desired Skills/ Education/Experience

• Working knowledge of MC&G Mission Domain (not technical knowledge).
• Experience with DoD and/or IC budgeting and financial processes and tools, especially in creating and updating spend plans.
