Bristol Alliance of Companies, LLC seeks a seasoned Cost Estimator to support complex NAVFAC-style projects across planning, design, and construction phases. The role focuses on independent, defensible estimates, Basis of Estimate documentation, and rigorous cost analysis to guide program decisions.

You will work with engineers, architects, project managers, and contracting staff to ensure alignment with requirements. Strong proficiency in MII/MCACES, RSMeans, PACES, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional construction cost estimating.
• Experience with NAVFAC/DoD cost criteria preferred.
• Ability to prepare IGEs and ROMs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and reconcile construction cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.
• Evaluate proposals and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
