The Minnesota Department of Transportation is seeking a civil engineer to lead and manage Metro District cost estimating activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across processes. This role develops conceptual design comparative cost estimates to support best-value decisions for MnDOT.

The position requires licensure as a professional civil engineer or eligibility via reciprocity for senior level, and a graduate level requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with post-graduation experience
