Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for the CSA discipline in an Indianapolis, Indiana environment. You will analyze blueprints and design documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop should-cost submissions to align with project budgets.

The role requires collaboration with architects and engineers, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent discipline experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project scope.
• Maintain organized project documentation and file structures.
