Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering, cost control, estimating, or project controls.
• Experience on large-scale ($100M+) construction programs; NYC public agency experience preferred.
• Familiarity with design-build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Program cost controls, including budget updating and forecasting.
• Review contractor change orders and cost proposals.
• Track and reconcile payments, invoices, and commitments.
• Assist in review of contractor claims and support negotiations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports and variance analysis.
• Support implementation of cost control software.
