Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering, cost control, estimating, or project controls.
Experience on large-scale ($100M+) construction programs; NYC public agency experience preferred.
Familiarity with design-build delivery methods.
Responsibilities
Program cost controls, including budget updating and forecasting.
Review contractor change orders and cost proposals.
Track and reconcile payments, invoices, and commitments.
Assist in review of contractor claims and support negotiations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports and variance analysis.
Support implementation of cost control software.
Skills
Strong problem recognition/avoidance/resolutions skills
Proficiency with cost management software
Strong Excel skills
Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office
Strong organization and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education
