CNH Industrial invites motivated students to join its Internship Program, gaining hands-on experience across global teams in agriculture and construction. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August, with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities designed to develop tomorrow's talent.

We seek enrolled college students who are eager to explore engineering, cost management, and manufacturing processes, and who thrive in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student actively pursuing a degree.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and BOM concepts is a plus.
• Interest in cost management and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist cost management activities for projects with engineering teams.
• Support alignment of parts and systems for modular cab designs.
• Benchmark components and contribute to defining common parts.
